extremely comfortable beds, exquisite furnishings, very good bathroom/shower, great breakfast terrace (the homemade orange jam was to die for), very good, inspired, soothing dinner from boss Giannis (no Greek monotony and finally fish), the hosts (Giannis & Olivier): warm, attentive, helpful, in short: perfect! We were here in late November. The town of Agia Pilagia was extinct. Nothing opened. wonderful for bathing every morning Paralia Psaromoura. No one else present. You have to drive to restaurants (25-30 minutes) if Giannis isn't cooking. We had no problem with that, as they were mountain restaurants with great views above Heraklion. We'll be back
The small private terrace is in the shade in late autumn, which is certainly an advantage in summer. No problem for us. otherwise nothing to complain about.
